The Cope AutoBrine® System eliminates the possibility of injuries occurring due to handling bags and using forklifts. The Cope AutoBrine® System is installed below-ground or above-ground outside the facility and is filled by The Cope Company Salt trucks and staff. There is NO more handling or storage of bagged salt! The Cope AutoBrine® System then delivers brine to the inside day-tank of the water softener automatically. The AutoBrine® System contributes significantly to the reduction of the carbon footprint for a facility softening their water. By eliminating all plastic bags and shrink-wrap used for transporting bagged salt, the AutoBrine® System contributes to a company’s program to reduce non-biodegradable waste. No-Worry Delivery You never need to requisition salt, check salt levels in tanks, or store pallets of bagged salt, saving time and money. We deliver loose salt to your AutoBrine® System on a monitored schedule using a patented, legal-for-trade truck-mounted scale, worry free!
Facility Expansion If you are planning to add softeners to your existing facility, we will install up to 150 ft. of connection piping, timers, floats and ball valves to connect the new day-tanks to the AutoBrine® System at no charge!
All-Inclusive Service and Repair As long as you purchase salt from The Cope Company Salt, there is no charge for service, PM’s, or repairs. This means no unplanned budget expenses for this system.
Tank Cleaning To ensure the best operation of the system, we clean the brine-maker tank at no charge!
Reporting When we detect an unusual change in salt/brine usage, we alert the customer. This
information may be used to enhance the
performance of your softener system.
Loyalty PointsIt is a privilege to provide products and services to our customers. For our customers with a Salt & Service Agreement, we offer a Loyalty Points Program. Loyalty Points are used by the customer to receive free products from The Cope Company Salt.

The AutoBrine® System, automatic brine maker is most commonly used to supply saturated sodium chloride brine for the regeneration of commercial water softeners. However, the AutoBrine® System may be used in the same way to supply saturated sodium chloride brine for use in deionizers and hypochlorite generators. In a like manner, the AutoBrine® System can be used to produce potassium chloride brine that may be used for water conditioning with commercial water softeners.
