The Cope Company Salt, Lancaster, donated $3000 to The Haiti Medical Project. The Project was started to meet the basic medical needs in Haitian communities where there is limited access to doctors and hospital care resulting in high infectious disease, infant and maternal mortality rates. Cope’s donation will be used to help fund mobile clinics staffed by doctors and nurses.
