CDL A Company Truck Driver
CDL-A Truck Driver – Home Every Night
The Cope Company Salt is a family-oriented company which seeks to fairly balance the interest of our customers, employees, suppliers, stockholders and the community. Our positive culture is an enjoyable and safe place to work. We are looking for an experienced and safety conscious CDL A driver to join our team.
Cope Salt donates 10% of profits annually. In addition to the benefits listed below, each employee gets an extra $1200 per year to use on things such as pet insurance, dependent care, supplemental insurance, HSA contributions, or additional pretax 401(k) contributions.
Pay: $28 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Deliver pallets of salt and liquid brine within a 100 mile radius of Lancaster, PA
- Normal hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; Monday – Friday
- No weekends
- Great team environment

Requirements:
- CDL-A License
- Clean driving record
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus
- Tanker endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain
